We offer a range of services in our general packages. Including spotless kitchen, wiping appliances, bathrooms, floors, cleaned and moped, vacuum, polish furniture, polish leather sofas or vacuum sofas. Dusting ceiling fans, wiping counter tops, baseboards, and window blinds. Prices vary in the Sq. footage of the house.

We clean the window front door inside and out.

Kitchen

Kitchen includes countertop cleaning and cabinets wiped from the outside, appliances wiped and stove top scrubbed. Sink scrubbed and shined. We only clean inside the microwave. Oven and inside the fridge wiping for an additional charge. Clean and moped floors.

Bedroom

Bathroom includes wiping the mirrors, scrubbing tub and shower. Scrubbing the toilets, cleaning and mopping the floors. Wiping counter tops and cabinets.

We dust and polish your furniture, polish leather couches or vacuum the top of the sofas. Vacuum the rugs and carpets, dust ceiling fans at reach. We dust the window blinders. Clean and mop floors.

2 to3 hrs. approx.

2000 to 2500 Sq. feet home staring $165 to $185, 3 baths, 4-5 hrs. approx.
3000 to 3500 Sq. feet, $225 to $265 3 1/2 baths home, 6-7 hrs. approx.
4000 an up-Sq. feet homes need to be evaluated for pricing.
Moving in and out. The detail ALL including, baseboards, windows, disinfecting bathrooms, kitchen and the appliances like oven scrubbing, fridge cleaning, carpet shampooing, light fixtures, doors and door frames, window cells and blinds. Floor cleaning and moping, wooden floors shinned. It might require more than one day of work.
First time cleaning we charge in additional $100-150 depending on the condition of the job required. NOTE: "This charge might be or not applied".
For one time cleaning we honor the same initial charge. After two months have passed from our last service we might charge this same extra charge.
